We are looking for an experienced and reliable CONCRETE WORKER (CONCRETER) to join our construction team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, pour, spread, and finish concrete for foundations, slabs, columns, and other structures
• Set up formwork, molds, and reinforcement according to project specifications and drawings
• Mix and handle concrete materials, ensuring correct proportions and consistency
• Operate tools and equipment for concrete work (vibrators, screeds, trowels, power tools, etc.)
• Monitor curing process and perform surface finishing as required
• Collaborate with other construction professionals on site
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a concrete worker, concreter, or in a similar construction role
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
• Skilled in the use of concrete tools and machinery
• Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of construction site safety standards
