EXCAVATOR OPERATOR Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and reliable EXCAVATOR OPERATOR to join our construction team!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate excavators and heavy machinery on construction sites
  • Perform digging, trenching, grading, and earthmoving tasks
  • Follow site plans and supervisor instructions
  • Conduct pre-operation inspections and maintenance checks
  • Ensure safe operation and compliance with safety regulations
  • Coordinate with ground crew and other equipment operators
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an excavator operator
  • Valid operator license/certification for heavy machinery
  • Knowledge of excavation techniques and safety protocols
  • Ability to read site plans and technical drawings
  • Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
  • Valid work permit for Croatia/EU (if applicable)
