FLOOR INSTALLER Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and reliable FLOOR INSTALLER to join our construction team!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install various types of flooring: hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and carpet
  • Measure and cut flooring materials to fit rooms and spaces
  • Prepare subfloors by leveling, cleaning, and repairing
  • Apply adhesives, grout, and sealants as required
  • Ensure precise alignment and smooth finishes
  • Inspect completed work for quality and durability
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a floor installer or similar role
  • Knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely
  • Attention to detail and precision
  • Physical stamina and ability to kneel and bend for extended periods
  • Valid work permit for Croatia/EU (if applicable)
