We are looking for an experienced and reliable INSULATION INSTALLER to join our construction team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Install thermal, acoustic, and waterproof insulation materials in walls, roofs, floors, and other building structures according to project specifications and drawings
• Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials (such as mineral wool, foam, panels, or membranes) using hand and power tools
• Seal joints and edges to ensure effective insulation and prevent heat or moisture loss
• Prepare surfaces and ensure proper placement and attachment of insulation materials
• Repair or replace damaged or worn insulation as needed
• Collaborate with other construction professionals on site
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an insulation installer or in a similar construction role
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
• Skilled in the use of insulation tools and materials
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments (including confined spaces or at heights)
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of construction site safety standards
