We are looking for an experienced and reliable Heavy Machinery Operator to join our construction team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy construction equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, loaders, mixers, and other machinery
• Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on assigned equipment
• Safely load, move, and grade earth, gravel, and construction materials
• Follow site plans, technical instructions, and all safety procedures
• Work closely with site supervisors and other team members to ensure efficient project completion
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy construction machinery
• Valid operator’s license/certificate for heavy equipment (according to local regulations)
• Proven experience with bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, loaders, mixers, or similar machinery
• Ability to read site plans and follow instructions
• Solid understanding of workplace safety standards
• Basic English skills (other languages are an advantage)
• Responsible, reliable, and a good team player
